Meet The Team
Chase
Owner
Chase began working for his dad doing pest control in high school. He would run small routes after school and would work full time during the summer months. After getting married at 19 to his wife Rachel he started working full time as a technician and attending college classes at night. He became a partner in the company when he was 25 years old. Today Chase resides in Sycamore with his wife and three children. His favorite part of the job is meeting new people and building up PCC to better serve and help more people live a pest-free life. Chase enjoys spending his weekends at the lake with his family and friends.
Steve
Owner
Steve got into pest control with his dad in the early 90's. He started Pest Control Consultants in 2000. He is known to be one of the pioneers of the quarterly pest control service. His favorite things about owning a pest control business are helping other people and interacting with customers. He also loves working with his family. Steve enjoys boating, water skiing, traveling, sports, and spending time with his family.
Devin
Branch Manager
Devin has been working for PCC since 2011. He started off as a technician and has since become the branch manager for the Northern Illinois region. Devin's favorite part of the job is meeting new people and solving problems. Devin and his wife Lacey live in Sycamore with their 3 children Myles, Lainey, & Aniston. When Devin isn't working he enjoys family time, sports, and binge-watching TV shows.
Dustin
Service Manager
Dustin is the service manager for the Sauk Valley area. He has been working for PCC for 11 years. He lives in Dixon with his daughter Seeley. His favorite thing about his job is helping people. When Dustin isn't working he enjoys sports and spending time with his daughter and friends.
Nicole
Office Manager
Nicole has been working for PCC for 4 years. She is the office manager for PCC and Crown Exterminators, a division of PCC Enterprises. Her favorite part of her job is talking with customers and being able to assist them and help them with problems they have in their homes. She also enjoys the relationships she has built in the community as a businesswoman. Nicole enjoys being active in the community and volunteering her time. She enjoys boating and spending time outside as much as possible. Nicole also enjoys spending as much time as she can with her nieces and nephews.
Ramona
Secretary
Ramona has been working with PCC since 2019. She is also the Secretary for Crown Exterminators, a division of PCC Enterprises. She lives in Dixon with her boyfriend Joe and there two kids Nolan and Stella. She loves talking to customers. Ramona enjoys outdoor activities, crafting, and going to new places with her family.
Carlos
Technician
Carlos has been working for PCC since 2018. He resides in Dixon. His favorite part of his job is providing excellent service and solving his customer's pest problems. Carlos enjoys playing with his kids, spending time with his family, and playing guitar.
Jake
Technician
Jake has been working for PCC for 2 years. He covers DeKalb county and resides in Sycamore with his girlfriend Deirdra and their son Brooks. His favorite part of his job is seeing a lot of different places and interacting with a lot of different people. Jake enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
Ken
Technician
Ken specializes in bed bug control. He has been working for PCC for 5 years. His favorite thing about his job is the freedom he has. He also loves interacting with his customers and working with his family and friends. Ken resides in Oregon. His hobbies include fishing, riding quads, and spending time with his kids.
Nick
Technician
Nick has been working for PCC for 3 years. He resides in Dixon with his wife Emily and his son Kael. His favorite part of his job is the interaction with customers and helping them have a pest-free home.
Wayne
Technician
Wayne works for Crown Exterminators, a division of PCC Enterprises. He has been doing pest control for 6 years. He resides in Rock Falls, IL with his wife. He loves meeting new people and helping his customers.
